Why embroidery

One of the best ways to brand your business

Custom embroidery puts your logo, your colours or your slogan on the apparel your team wears every day, so you immediately look more professional, more trustworthy and better established. A crew in matching branded shirts reads as one united business, and that makes you look stronger to the customer.

Thread is stitched through the fabric rather than printed on top of it, so an embroidered logo keeps its edges and its colour through years of hot washes and site work. Each of the six location pages below explains what that means for the work done in that community.

How an order runs

Three stages between your logo and your crew

Artwork and digitising

Send a logo file, a photo of your signage or a sketch, or pick a motif from the library. We rebuild it as a stitch file at the size it will actually appear, and tell you if fine detail needs simplifying to stay legible.

Garment and placement

Choose from the garments we stock or send your own. We match backing, thread and needle to the fabric, then set placement for a left chest, sleeve, cap front or back panel.

Sample, run and reorder

You approve a stitched sample on the real garment before the run. The file is kept under your business name, so a top-up for a new starter matches the originals.

Built to endure

Industrial-grade embroidery for high-wear gear

Long garment life matters when you are investing in a uniform. We stitch onto industrial-weight drill, hi-vis and technical fabrics with backing chosen to keep the logo stable and sharp through heavy washing and outdoor work, for trades, sports clubs, community groups and businesses across the hinterland.

What we handle

Small runs for a sole trader through to multi-department uniform programs, garments supplied or your own, with heat transfer and rhinestone work available on the same garment when a design is too large for a needle to cover economically.

What we embroider

A full embroidery service for the Sunshine Coast hinterland

We embroider onto garments you already buy and we can supply the garments too: work shirts, drill trousers, hi-vis polos, corporate shirts, fleece and softshell jackets, aprons, chef wear, caps, beanies, bucket hats, towels, blankets and bags all come through the workshop.

Garments run from Australian 100% organic cotton through cotton-poly blends to full polyester technical fabrics, so a crew can wear breathable cotton in summer and heavier layers in a hinterland winter with the same logo on both.

If bling is your thing we can embellish your items with rhinestones, and heat transfers and vinyls are a cost-effective way to reproduce a photograph on a shirt or add numbers to sports shirts. Either can be combined with embroidery on the same garment.
