In house, start to finish

From a scanned ute decal to a stitched chest logo

Plenty of Mooloolah Valley businesses arrive with artwork that only exists on the side of a vehicle or a faded invoice header. We redraw it, digitise it as a stitch file, and test it on the same fabric weight your crew actually wears before a single garment goes into production.

Artwork, digitising, stitching, trimming and pressing all happen under one roof, so nothing is handed to a third party and nothing comes back looking like an approximation of your brand.

Why stitch instead of print

Thread outlasts everything else on a work shirt

A printed logo on a trade shirt starts cracking the first time it meets a hot wash and a work ute dashboard. Embroidery is thread locked into the weave: it does not peel, fade in the sun or lift at the edges, which matters when the same four shirts get worn in rotation all year.

There is a second return, and Mooloolah Valley operators notice it fast. On a rural block where most work still arrives by word of mouth, a stitched logo tells a new customer you have been trading long enough to invest in one. It reads as permanent because it is.

How an order runs

Three stages between your logo and your crew

Artwork and digitising

We take whatever you have (a vector file, a photo of a sign, a sketch) and rebuild it as a stitch path. Fine detail is simplified where thread cannot hold it, so the logo stays legible at chest size.

Fabric and placement

Drill cotton, hi-vis polyester and softshell all behave differently under a needle. We match backing, stabiliser and needle to the garment, then set placement for left chest, sleeve, cap front or back yoke.

Stitch-out and sign-off

You see a physical sample on the real garment before the run starts. Once you approve it, the file is stored under your business name so every reorder lands identical to the first.

Built for rural work

Gear that survives a Mooloolah Valley workweek

Fencing, earthworks, tree work and stock handling are hard on clothing. We stitch onto industrial-weight garments with reinforced backing behind the logo, so the embroidery does not pull or pucker when a shirt is dragged through a gate, soaked, and washed the same night.

What we handle locally

Small rural crews rarely need five hundred of anything. We run short batches for two-person operations and scale up for the bigger contractors, with the same file and the same finish either way.

What we embroider

A full embroidery service for Mooloolah Valley

We embroider onto garments you already buy, and we can supply the garments too. Work shirts, drill trousers, hi-vis polos, fleece jackets, aprons, caps, bucket hats, towels and bags all come through the workshop regularly.

Stock runs from 100% cotton through cotton-poly blends to full polyester technical fabrics, so you can keep a crew in breathable cotton for summer and heavier layers for a hinterland winter without the logo shifting between them.

If you need a large front or back design that embroidery cannot economically cover, we combine stitched chest branding with heat transfer or rhinestone work on the same garment.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

We run deliveries through the valley regularly and can drop a finished order at your address or worksite. You are also welcome to collect from the Bald Knob workshop. It is a short run up the range.

Yes. Bring or send your own garments and we will stitch onto them. We check the fabric first and tell you if the weave will not hold detail cleanly.

There is no minimum. A sole trader ordering three shirts gets the same digitising and the same stitch quality as a twenty-person crew.

Allow two to three weeks from artwork approval. Reorders are faster, because the stitch file already exists.

Yes. Embroidery is thread through fabric, not a surface layer. Wash inside out and it will outlast the garment it is stitched to.
